Mothers Day Mini's POP UP Event at Baby Latte

This Mother’s Day, I’m so excited to invite you to a special pop-up photography event in collaboration with Baby and Me and Baby Latte, a child-friendly café in the heart of Battle, East Sussex. I have worked independently with Baby Latte and Baby & Me on pop-up events in 2024, and now we're testing a joint collaboration for Mother's Day. We are three mothers dedicated to creating enjoyable, child-led experiences in Hastings, Battle, and Bexhill.

What to Expect

Our Mother’s Day pop-up event is all about capturing the joy and connection between you and your little ones with a photoshoot, while creating beautiful keepsakes to treasure forever where you can sit down and enjoy a cuppa and some food in good company.

Here’s what’s included:

• Child-Led Group Sessions: Enjoy a one-hour group session where little ones can explore the play areas of Baby Latte, play, and interact. These sessions are completely child-led, keeping things fun and stress-free for everyone.

• 5-Minute Individual Shoots: During the session, I’ll take a quick 5-minute shoot with each family, capturing natural, candid moments of you and your child. Let me know when you are ready to go next within that hours window.

• Digital Image Packages: You’ll receive stunning, high-quality digital images based on the package you choose—perfect for sharing with family or printing to display at home.

• Craft Keepsakes: Get hands-on with a special craft activity hosted by Sian at Baby & Me to create a keepsake you’ll take home and cherish forever (included in your ticket price).

• Cafe Vouchers: As a treat, enjoy £10 vouchers which is included in your ticket price for Baby Latte to use during your visit, making it a lovely morning or afternoon out for you and your little ones.

Photoshoot Styling Concept

This year's Mother's Day photoshoot setup is a harmonious blend of neutral whites and soft creams, creating an elegant and serene atmosphere. The design features delicate pampas grass and twigs, complemented by flowing white lace and drapes that add a touch of sophistication. Scattered floral arrangements enhance the natural beauty of the scene.

At the heart of the setup is a charming wooden bench adorned with flowing blankets, inviting families to sit and create lasting memories. A thoughtfully curated basket filled with aesthetic props is also included, perfect for little hands to explore and engage with during the shoot.
