How can I book a photography session?
You can easily book my most popular sessions through my online booking portal, the fastest simplest way to secure your spot. Feel free to select a date and if the available options don't suit you, you can a date change. Alternatively, you can make an inquiry, though may take a bit longer. Click here to book / enquire.
Do you travel?
I am happy to travel to different locations for work in the UK and overseas, with expenses covered / POA.
How long until I receive my gallery?
I usually send out teaser galleries as soon as I can which you can download and pick from, but the waiting time for full galleries can vary depending on busy periods, illness, holidays, and personal circumstances. For average bookings, waiting times may range 2 to 6 weeks. Larger bookings may experience longer waiting times. During peak periods, teaser galleries may be bypassed, and you will receive the full gallery at once. If you need a gallery sooner or just a few images, please feel free to reach out and chase me.
Do you work with brands?
Interestingly, 80% of my workload involves collaborating brands behind the scenes even though 99% of my grid is families and motherhood on Instagram. In addition to working with families, I also partner with brands to create galleries, develop content, and their social media.
What do I wear to a photoshoot?
I provide digital guides for all my sessions, offering guidance on posing, outfit choices, styles, colors, and preparation for my most popular sessions. Additionally, I have a client wardrobe available for motherhood and baby outfits for little ones up to a few years old. No matter the session, I'm confident that through our conversation, my digital guide, or a personal fitting, we can find the perfect option together!
I'm pregnant and new to this whole thing. Where do I begin?
I suggest the bump to baby package, as the initial moments are incredibly special. This package includes 3 hours of coverage for maternity photography and your newborn experience, capturing those essential moments as you embrace motherhood. If just starting this journey and wish to cherish every chapter, I'm here to assist you. You can tailor the experience to be as fun, simple, calm, adventurous, relaxed or spaced out as you like, with longer sessions promoting a soothing experience while keeping the experience enjoyable and tailored to your needs.
Do you capture birth photography?
My dream is to capture birth photography and am currently waiting for the right opportunity. For a while, I couldn't commit to these sessions since my daughter was too young be away from me at night. What is the newborn photography experience like?
My newborn sessions emphasise a lifestyle approach and are guided by the baby’s needs. I aim to create a calm, warm, and mindful environment where you can and relax while I capture the special bond among your family. These sessions are designed for everyone, not just the baby and can be held at my studio in Hastings, East Sussex, your own home or other preference on location (even outdoors in the summer!)
Can I cancel?
I have a strict no refund policy, as when you book you are trusting my creativity and investing in my time to capture you, depending on the circumstances, if you are unable to attend your session please communicate with me at your earliest convenience as I often allow bookings to transfer or credit for future sessions or reschedule within a reasonable period.
How many photos will I get to pick from?
I usually put together your final gallery to be about 2-3 times bigger than your package. So, you book a package with 10 images, I’ll edit around 20-30 to pick from. For a 20-image package, you can probably expect anywhere around to 40-60 final edited shots to pick from. I can’t help but capture those candid moments when no one’s posing, means I often end up with a bunch of photos. If you just want a few pics, a budget-friendly package is perfect, but if you love having loads of images, I definitely recommend going for a package with unlimited galleries because if there is 200 amazing shots, you will then receive 200!
How long do gift vouchers last?
Gift vouchers expire at 12 months of purchase. Please make sure you book your sessions in as soon as you can.
How long do giveaways prizes last?
This depends on the terms of the giveaway. Usually they are limited to a 6-12 month usage period and often exclude seasonal specials like Christmas.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
I have made a creative way to purchase gift voucher here through my booking portal, you basically make a blind booking (just pick a random date as I remove it after the booking comes in) and you will be able to pay with any value you wish listed from £10-£300, I will then send you a digital copy of a printable voucher automatically in 1 hour from purchase, where you can print and fill the blanks in, at home.
Can you do retouches?
Absolutely! I usually touch up / fix any obvious blemishes / bogeys / dribble, but I sometimes can't tell if they’re birthmarks, if you see anything in your gallery that needs a little touch-up, please let me know within 30 days of delivery, and I’ll gladly go back and tweak any images you want! If your gallery has been archived admin fees may apply after 30 days.
Did you forget to reply?
I’m a mummy, with a toddler who loves to play on my devices! Hands up! If I haven't responded for any reason, feel free to send me quick emoji to remind/prompt me! Sometimes my toddler opens messages or I mislay messages or forget to mark them as unread if I have my hands full... it does happen, unfortunately (one of the hard adjustments of motherhood because I never used to do that before! It's true what they say, baby brain doesn't go) I am so sorry if this does happen, it is not intentional but I would prefer for you to not wonder and find this here to send a fun light hearted emoji to help speed up the wait!
