All items in the client wardrobe are provided exclusively for use during your booked photoshoot session. As these garments, props, and accessories are not for sale or hire, returns and refunds do not apply. This is not a shop purchase, this is instead a way to browse my client wardrobe online prior to a session

If you change your mind about any items before your session, simply let me know—you’re welcome to update your choices or make a new request at any time before your shoot. If something doesn’t fit or suit your needs on the day, I’ll do my best to find an alternative from the wardrobe for you.

My aim is always to help you feel comfortable and confident during your session. If you have any questions or need help choosing the right pieces, please get in touch before your shoot.

All client wardrobe items, props, and accessories are provided for use during your booked photoshoot session only. There is no shipping or delivery outside of your session.

Once you’ve submitted your request, I will personally prepare and set aside your selected items, ensuring everything is freshly laundered, steamed, and ready for your session. On the day of your shoot, I’ll bring your requested garments, outfits, and props to my studio or your chosen location. If we’re shooting on location, I can also provide a pop-up tent for comfortable changing. 

If you need to update your request or have any special requirements, just let me know before your session and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

The safety of your little ones is my top priority. While I do my best to select toys and props that are suitable for babies and young children, some items may be designed for older children and could pose a choking hazard, especially if placed in the mouth.

Parents and carers are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times during sessions, particularly when using toys, props, or accessories. If your child is likely to put items in their mouth, please keep a close eye on them and remove anything that could be a choking risk.

Although I take great care to provide child-friendly options, it is not always possible to guarantee that every item is suitable for every age. If you have any concerns about a particular item, please let me know before your session, and I’ll be happy to suggest safer alternatives. Or you can just ask that items are not used if you would prefer not to have them in your sesion. 

Your child’s safety is very important to me, and I appreciate your help in making sure our sessions are as safe and enjoyable as possible.

All toys, props, clothing, backdrops, styling items, and studio equipment are provided for use during your session with the understanding that they will be treated with care and respect. While I understand that accidents can happen, clients are responsible for any significant damage or loss caused to any items during their session.

If an item is damaged or broken, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible. In most cases, minor wear and tear is expected and will not be charged for. However, if an item is lost, significantly damaged, or no longer usable due to negligence or misuse, I reserve the right to request reimbursement for the replacement or repair cost.

I always aim to be fair and understanding—if something happens, please speak to me directly. In some cases, at my discretion, I may choose to waive the cost.
